Where we spent our childhood, where our family is, or maybe even our home country. A *familiar* place. *Recognizable* and *comfortable*. We often don't focus on the opposite: the desire for faraway places. A thirst for the *unfamiliar*, the *unrecognizable,* the *uncomfortable*. In german, *fernweh* means **farsore** or **farsickness**. The longing or sickness for travel. I think we all get **farsick**. That itch to explore and create new experiences. Be it watching a movie, reading a book, hiking a trail, or learning something new. We are *explorers*, and *we crave adventure*. **This is site is dedicated to my farsickness.** ## WHO AM I ![[me_1920.jpg|profile-image|600]] Hi, my name is **Zach Nybo**.
